ACS FORGED TONNEAU: The Complete Bed Rack for Your Jeep Gladiator Tonneau Cover

The complete ACS FORGED TONNEAU rack — all-aluminum, fully modular, and designed exclusively to run over the EGR ROLLTRAC-powered tonneau cover for the Jeep Gladiator.

This is the complete rack, not a conversion kit — you'll need a compatible tonneau cover, owned or purchased separately.

Note: The Leitner ACS Tonneau for Gladiator works only with T-Slot Rail tonneau covers and is currently compatible with only the EGR ROLLTRAC powered cover.

Compatible Tonneau Cover

Our Jeep Gladiator system is currently compatible with only the EGR ROLLTRAC powered tonneau cover — the Gladiator platform doesn't yet have the range of T-Slot Rail cover options available on full-size trucks. Other covers not listed have either not been tested, or their T-slot dimensions and/or retractable portion may interfere with rack installation and operation — call us to verify fitment on covers not listed.

For full Active Cargo System functionality, we strongly suggest purchasing a powered tonneau cover like the EGR ROLLTRAC. Watch the product video for a full explanation and limitations.

What's included with the RACK ONLY option?

This is the complete ACS FORGED TONNEAU rack for the Jeep Gladiator. You'll need a compatible tonneau cover, owned already or purchased separately, to run it over.

Which tonneau cover is it compatible with?

Currently, only the EGR ROLLTRAC powered tonneau cover. The Leitner ACS Tonneau for Gladiator only works with T-Slot Rail covers, and EGR ROLLTRAC is the only one available for this platform.

Which Jeep does it fit?

It fits the Jeep Gladiator (2020–2026), 5' bed — part number 00-50-FTA-1375.

What is the load capacity?

The ACS FORGED TONNEAU is rated at 800 lbs static (parked) and 400 lbs on-road dynamic. Because the rack is secured through the tonneau cover, we don't publish a safe off-road weight limit.
